Terms & Conditions

When you join NB DANCE Studio, you will pay an annual membership fee which takes into consideration costs not covered by class fees such as insurance, music licences, training for staff members, up to date PVGs and so on. This fee will be charged annually on the 1st of August and you will be informed in advance. Current Annual Membership Fee is £20 for new students and £15 annually thereafter. Please note, this fee does not apply to our Toddler classes.

Your NB DANCE Studio monthly payment covers school term classes only. It does not cover any additional classes held in summer or any additional exam/show rehearsals or expenses. Your child's class fees are added up for the year and are divided by 12 months to create equal and affordable payments, therefore fees are still payable during school holidays where no lessons are taking place.

Fees are non refundable and must still be paid when student is off ill, on holiday or absent for other reasons.

If a class is cancelled due to teacher holiday/illness/unforeseen circumstances, then your child will be offered a make up class or a refund/credit will be arranged. If class is cancelled due to force majeure then no refund will be provided. Please note that there is no refund provided for when our summer show rehearsal and performance dates land on usual class days/times.

Your monthly payment is due on the 1st of the month. If your payment fails and is not brought up to date by the end of the working day, a £5 late fee will be applied as a "covering payment" by your next payment attempt. Our system will try up to 3 times to collect fees, after this, if still no success then your child's place will automatically be cancelled and offered to students on waiting lists. Please note, a months written notice (and one full months fees post notice) is required if a student decides to no longer participate in classes. For cancellations, please email info@nbdancestudio.com. If your child leaves NB DANCE Studio with outstanding fees, you will be invoiced and further action will be taken if this is not paid in full within 7 days.
